Every player command in Rogue, grouped by what you are trying to do.
This is the complete list of commands available to players, read from the command files the server actually loads rather than from any hand-kept list. Builder and administrator commands are not included.
Each command is listed once, in the category that best describes what it is
for. Where a command is covered in more detail elsewhere in this section, its
name links through. Many commands accept arguments that are not shown here;
help <command> in the game gives the full syntax for any of them.
A note on abbreviations. The full name of a command always works, and that is
what is written here. Short forms such as i for inventory are expanded by
the input parser before dispatch, so they are conveniences rather than
separate commands.
Movement and Exploration#

Combat#

Reads text written on an object, if your intelligence is up to it. |

Shows an item you carry to someone in the room without handing it over. |
